In order for a supervisor to define staff knowledge profiles and view charts and reports, the staff needs to add a supervisor's user name to their supervisor field.

 

Below is shown how staff can add a supervisor to their profile.

 

1-The user needs to click on "My Account" in the top login bar.

 

2-In the account section, on the right side click on "Modify details"

 

3-Scroll down to the Supervisor User ID field and enter your supervisor's user id. Then click on update Account at the bottom of the page. And your supervisors from now on can view and define your knowledge profiles as well as view your knowledge reports and charts.
