I want to train my team in orthodontic systems of operation. 

1. Each team member and the doctor should have an ITICourses Online Account.
   1. The doctor should register for a trial account first.
   2. Team members should register later for trial accounts listing the doctor Username as Supervisor
      1. Clinical Team members should have 1-year accounts that can be purchased using coupons for $200 each (minimum of 5)
      2. Non-clinical team members should have 3-month accounts at $99 each
2. The doctor should print out a Knowledge Profile Worksheet for each employee to plan the required courses for each employee
3. The doctor should view the courses the team will be taking to decide if they are appropriate.
4. The doctor should complete the Knowledge Profile Worksheet for each employee
5. Each team member should register for an ITICourses Online Account
   1. Using the coupon code purchased by the doctor
   2. Listing the doctor's and Training Supervisors Usernames as Supervisors
   3. Each team member enters the Knowledge Profile data set by the doctor
6. The team sets a schedule to complete selected courses by a specific date
7. The doctor and Training Supervisor check the reports in the Knowledge Profile for progress of team members completing courses.
8. At the scheduled date, team members turn in CE Certificates and participate in Hands-on training.

I want to train a new team member

1. The new team member and the doctor should each have an ITICourses Online Account.

   1. A new inexperienced clinical team member and the doctor should have 1-year accounts that can be purchased

      1. Using coupons for $200 each (minimum of 5)

      2. Purchasing single 1-year accounts for $299 each

   2. An experienced new team member should have a 3-month account at $99 each

2. The doctor should be the "Supervisor" on all employee accounts

3. The doctor should be the first user to register for an ITICourses Online Account

4. The doctor should print out the Knowledge Profile worksheet for the new employee to plan the courses for that employee

5. The doctor should be familiar with the courses the new employee will be taking to determine which courses are appropriate

6. The doctor completes the Knowledge Profile for the new employee

7. The new employee registers for an ITICourses Online Account

   1. Using the coupon code purchased by the doctor

   2. Purchasing a single 1-year account for $299 if the employee is inexperienced 

   3. Purchasing the 3-month account for $99 if the employee is experienced

   4. Listing the doctor's Username as the supervisor

8. The doctor enters the Knowledge Profile data for the new employee

9. The doctor and new employee set a schedule for the employee to complete selected courses by a specific date

10. The doctor checks the reports in the Knowledge Profile for progress of new employee completing courses on schedule 

11. At the scheduled date, the new employee turns in CE Certificates and participates in Hands-on training for the completed courses using the checklists from the course
