Setup an ITICourses Account 

• Username

• Password

• Email address

• Contact Information

• Enter Supervisor Username if you have one

 Specify the Supervisor's Username

• Each Supervisor has an ITICourses Account and Username
• Sets the "Knowledge Profile" or courses to be learned in each supervised User's Account and has access to User's performance reports
• May have multiple supervisors such as school faculty, the doctor, the practice trainer, Clinic Coordinator, office manager
• Supervisor Username entered when employee starts ITICourses Account
• Supervisor may be added to existing ITICourses Account 

 Setup the Knowledge Profile

• Set up by the User or by the Supervisor 
• Specifies the courses the User needs to complete
• Use the "Evaluate" tab to get started
• Once the Knowledge Profile is setup, a list of required courses appears on the User's Home Page

 Get Knowledge Reports and Certificates

• View Reports on User performance on
  • Pretest Scores
  • Post-tests Scores
• Reports on one User or all Users
• Reports on one course or all courses
• Reports on all certificates and CE Credits earned
• Reports on slides viewed coming soon

Please note that if a Knowledge Profile has not been defined, only Certificates and an All Courses Report will be displayed. Also, if a course is not part of a User's Knowledge Profile, any pretests and post-test results will not be displayed in the Knowledge Profile Report.

In the Certificates Report all earned CE Certificates (passed post-tests) are always displayed with or without a defined Knowledge Profile.
