I am logged in and whenever I access another page I get logged out.

I have logged in, however I still get the "Sign Up Now" page when I want to access content?


Log out issues typically are related to either cookies not being enabled, corrupt cookies, or other stringent security settings. We recommend trying to make our regular site work by enabling cookies since it offers a slightly faster and more conveniant user experience.

 

A) Steps to make your browser work with ITICourses.com's regular site:

  1. Make sure you have enbled cookies in your browser (how to enable cookies).
     
  2. If you have cookies enabled it is possible that your browser has a corrupt version. To delete a possible corrupted version of a cookie, simply go to www.ITICourses.com, login, and click on logout - this will clear a potentially corrupted cookie.
     
  3. Now go ahead, log in and try using the site.
     
  4. If you are still getting logged out, sometimes internet explorer requires that http://www.iticourses.com is being added to your trusted sites. Please follow the instructions outlined in this document for directions.
     
    For users using  AOL it might be required to install Firefox browser. Please not that Flash needs to be reinstalled afterwards to enable questions and and instructions.

B) How to use ITICourses.com's alternative pop-up login site (no cookies required))

          Simply go to www.ITICourses.com/nc/  login and use the site. 
    

     PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS WHEN USING THE "nc" VERSION

  1. The pop-up login site is slightly less fast than our regular site.
     
  2. Login details can not be forwarded to different sections of our site, for example
    in order to post in the community section of the site you will be required to login
    again in that section.
  3. If the same computer is used for different accounts (f.e. staff members), please
    note  that there is no logout function. In order to login  under a different name, all
    the browser windows need to be closed, before revisiting the site.
  4. In order to access your account settings f.e. to renew a subscription or change
    name, or supervisor settings please login to Account Settings or access it through
    our regular site. 

 

 

The main page instructs me to enable javascript / cookies.

I can not access the course instructions, or tests or print certificates?


ITICourses.com requires Javascript enabled and Flash  installed. When visiting the title page you should see a message that either javascript or cookies need to be enabled. To enable cookies follow these instructions: How to enable Cookies. If Javascript is enabled but you either prefer to not enable cookies or can not enable cookies you may chose to use the non-cookie version of our site located at www.ITICourses.com/nc/

How can I recover my password?

How can I cancel my subscription?


Simply let the subscription run out. We do not have the option to delete use accounts since we are required to archive all testing results in order to comply with CE credit requirements.

 

 

What is the refund policy on your products?


Subscriptions do not automatically renew so simply let it run out.  Since 12-month and 24-month subscriptions are purchased at a substantial discount, there is no pro-rated refund or cancellation option. To view a sample of how the courses are presented please click here.  There is no refund on CD software purchased or on Post-Tests or CE credits.

 

 

Can I earn CE credits?


Yes, when passing a post test, you will have the option to print a certificate listing the CE credits you have earned.

 

 

This seems like a lot of money.  Why should I spend this much?


Having a well trained and efficient staff saves the office money in the long run.

For example:  Bond failures are expensive.  When estimating the cost it takes to replace a loose bracket, including supplies, emergency office time, patient travel and frustration, the cost can be up to $200 for a single bond failure.  By having a staff that is highly trained in precise bonding techniques the practice can significantlly reduce the percentage of bond failures.  One practice that utilizes our curriculum has reduced their overall bond failure rate to less than 3% and savings of over $100,000!

 

 

What kind of experience do I need to have to use the ITI training courses?


For almost all of the courses there is no experience necessary.  They are appropriate for all skill levels.  The courses are presented in such a way that the material can be absorbed by someone with little dental or orthodontic background, but detailed enough that experienced hygienists can learn new material.  Dr. Poling uses these same courses to teach incoming orthodontic residents at various universities throughout the U.S.  The Orthodontic Bonding courses are the only courses where familiarity with orthodontics would be recommended.

 

 

Can I still use my training CDs or transfer them to another computer?


Regretfully, ITICourses no longer has the ability to offer support for the training CDs purchased through the International Training Institute.  We have transitioned to the online delivery system in our effort to provide superior customer service.  You should still be able to use CDs which are currently installed.

Through December 31, 2008, ITI will offer an exhange for the CD training package.  This will give an office 10 User IDs to our online training and  will include the benefits of 24/7 access via broadband internet to all of our training programs, CE credits, and enrollment in the Knowledge Management System.
