Register for an ITI Courses Online Account

Select the courses for the Training Program you want to take in your Knowledge Profile 

• Click on the Evaluate Tab

• Click on Set Your Knowledge Profile

• Select the courses you need to take

• Click Save Profile

• Your courses will be listed on your Home Page

• When you complete a course it will be removed from your Home Page

Identify knowledge gaps with Pretests

• Questions measure required knowledge from course objectives

• Pretest score of 0-20% indicates that the employee must study the entire course

• Pretest score of 30% to 70% indicates that the learner must carefully review the instruction and checklists

• Pretest score of 80% or above indicates that the learner may briefly review the course instruction and checklists and can then attempt the course post-test

 Take course Post-tests

• Questions measure mastery of objectives

• Give feedback to the learner on knowledge level

• Post-tests can be retaken, but questions and responses are scrambled so that no test is repeated

• Answers are not provided

• Learner must note questions that are difficult to answer and return to the instruction to review the content

• Passing score of 70%

• When the learner passes a post-test a printable CE Certificate pops up:

  • Name of the learner

  • Date of the post-test

  • Course

  • CE Credits earned

    • Saved in the account

    • Can be printed and displayed

Print Checklists to study and transfer procedures to the clinic floor

• Summarize quality standards of products produced such as photographs or impressions

• Summarize exact steps for each procedure so that every team member performs it in the same way

• Integrated with INSTRUCTION and ITI forms

• Useful to transfer knowledge to the clinic floor

• Facilitate uniform performance of all procedures to the same high standard

 Print Reports

• Organizes training for each employee

• Gives feedback to the learner on level of knowledge in each area

• Provides feedback to the Supervisor/doctor on each employee's training progress so that training may be adjusted to meet the needs of the employee and the practice
