Gather the materials that are needed for a Diagnosis and Treatment Planning session

Demonstrate the process of developing a Problem List and making notes on the Treatment Record

Write a clear diagnosis
|

Write treatment options, list their advantages and disadvantages, and list the cost and time differences of each treatment option

5. |
Write a final Treatment Plan and enter the plan onto the Treatment Record
|

6. |
Communicate the plan for treatment with the patient’s dentist and with other professionals
|

7. |
Prepare for the Treatment Consultation with the patient
