Objectives


At the conclusion of this training, the student will:

 

 1.

Identify the components of the Great Lakes Dry Field System

 

 2.

Assemble the components

 

 3.

Insert the tongue cage extension arm into the cheek retractor track and push it back when the Nola is in the mouth

 

 4.

Remove the Nola tongue cage assembly from the patient’s mouth and disinfect it in a solution, cleaning out the tubing

 

 5.

Disinfect the frame assembly

 

 6.

Rinse with water, dry and place the components in sterilization pouches
