At the conclusion of this training, the student will:

Collect all materials needed for the New Patient Exam

 2.

Properly greet the patient

 3.

Review with the patient 8 sections of patient information

 4.

Assist in the examination of the patient in 12 areas and note the findings on a New Patient Exam Form

 5.

Assist in explaining treatment recommendations to the patient
