Debanding Study Packet- This packet of checklists includes a step-by-step guide to completing a debanding and an assessment form for evaluating the quality of the debanding. These checklists should be studied when viewing the Debanding Course and when teaching these procedures in the clinic.

DB01-Debanding Steps Checklist- This checklist specifies each step of the Debanding Appointment and should be used to train in the performance of this procedure.

DB02-Debanding Quality Checklist- This evaluation form assesses the quality of the debanding including complete removal of cement and adhesive resulting in teeth with a high shine and no damage or sensitivity.
